Feeling stuck despite doing everything “right”?
Calm Sync™ is an 8-week, functional-medicine-informed virtual education program on metabolic health. You'll learn how your nervous system, blood sugar, gut health, hormones and energy influence one another, and practice simple, step-by-step habits to support them.
Led by Janice Hwang, NP, FMCP-M, the program combines weekly lessons, live group sessions and a personal workbook, plus a 1:1 consultation at the start to help you tailor the framework to your life.
Your body's systems work together. Understanding how they connect can help you make informed, sustainable choices about food, movement, sleep and stress.

A Few Things to Know
As you get ready for the program:
- Take some time to prep your kitchen and pantry before Week 1 starts — having the right basics on hand makes it much easier to put each week's guidance into practice right away.
-
Regular Movement sis generally recommended alongside nutrition changes and relates to the same areas this program explores: blood sugar, stress and energy. You don't need an intense workout plan; consistent, comfortable activity throughout the 8 weeks is encouraged.
-
This is an educational program. It does not replace care from your own healthcare providers.
-
Results vary. Experiences differ from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Who this program is for:
Calm Sync™ is designed for people who feel "off" despite taking care of their health, for example with low energy, brain fog or changes in weight, and who want to better understand how everyday habits and body systems connect.
You'll follow a structured, step-by-step approach designed to keep changes manageable. It isn't about doing more; it's about taking one manageable step at a time. Weight loss is not the focus of this program.
It May Not Be the Right Fit If…
- You're looking for ongoing 1:1 medical care (ask about our 1:1 services instead).
- You have urgent or worsening symptoms. Please contact your healthcare provider first before you join the program.
