Refund Policy

At WellCalmRx, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our clients. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and our practitioners dedicate time to review your health information and prepare personalized recommendations before your visit.

1. Consultation and Service Fees

All consultation and service fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed. 
If you are dissatisfied with your care, please contact us at infowellcalmrx@gmail.com so we can address your concerns directly.

2. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations:

    • Appointments may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time, subject to availability.

    • Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours are considered late and may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.

3. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

4. Packages and Programs

For multi-session packages or programs, payments are considered final once the first session has been attended.
If you wish to discontinue a program, please contact us — partial credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for medical or exceptional circumstances.

5. Products and Supplements

Due to health and safety regulations, no refunds or exchanges are accepted.

6. Technical or Payment Errors

If a duplicate payment or transaction error occurs, please notify us within 7 days of the charge at infowellcalmrx@gmail.com Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

7. Changes to This Policy

WellCalmRx reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any revisions will be posted on our website with the effective date.
